 Nothing spectacular to talk about today…workouts are getting a bit easier, I’m upping the time I spend on them. Until tomorrow…

Workouts- 31 minutes jump rope/500 calories-6 minutes of ab work

Day 7

  My first full week on this site is complete and I think I did fairly decent. I couldn’t of worked out any harder, but my diet needs improvement. I never lost complete control this week, but I still slipped up here and there. With less get-togethers happening this upcoming week I hope to improve my diet while giving the same effort in my gym. Wish me luck!

Workouts-Ran 22 minutes/2.7 miles-Jump Rope 5 minutes-Back and Bicep Weightlifting routines

Day 6

 I’m off work today and it is my wife’s birthday. I’m posting kind of early because we have alot to do later, but I did complete all of my scheduled workouts already. 6 days down… seeya all tomorrow.

Day 5

   Ok, so tonight was the first night that I almost ate terribly and didn’t do my planned workout since creating a profile on slimbuddy. Tomorrow is my wife’s birthday and we have plans for a dinner and party tomorrow night, but I guess that wasn’t enough for me…I tried talking her into ordering pizzas. I even went as far to starting my shoulder weightlifting routine and then quitting after the first set because I felt some slight, slight pain in my left elbow. After that set I decided to come in here and write that I was taking the night off and it would of been my first blog update without a picture.

  First, I talked myself out of ordering pizza and then I completed my planned weightlifting routines. I’m pretty pumped right now. These type of nights have always been my weight loss killers. I won tonights battle, I’m sure there will be alot more…that’s it for now.

Day 4

 Day 4 is over and I’m still on track! I lost a pound from yesterday’s weigh in, almost under 210…woot.  I didn’t turn into crazy, pig Mark and eat everything in the pantry(yet)!!!!!!! Also, I think I may purchase a new camera fairly soon, this one makes me look fat, stupid racist camera. Anyways, sleep tight people.

Food- 2 Protien Bars, 1/2 can of chili, 1 medium order of french fries, 2 english muffins

Workouts-40 mins of Elliptical(500 calories) - 8 mins of jump rope - 5 mins of ab workouts

Day 3

 Day 3 is a wrap, I had a weird amount of weight loss from yesterday…5 lbs. Probably all sweat, I HAD A FUN DAY AT WORK!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, I ate 1 can of chili, 2 pieces of bread and 2 protien bars today. I also bought a jump rope and did that for 5 minutes and completed my chest/tricep weightlifting routine. I’m starting to notice subtle changes in my body or maybe it’s in my head.

Day 2

Day 2 is in the books for me, no work today…woke up early and started the day with a bowl of oatmeal and some cardio. My wife was off today aswell, which is unusual, so we were out together most of the day. We did go out to eat, but I didn’t eat as much as I  would of a week ago. 

Usually on days like this we would both just relax and eat, eat, eat all day long, but with my wife getting closer and closer to delivering, we are trying to take advantage of these remaining babyless days. I assume after the baby is born going out will be a bit more diffucult, oh well I’m still so excited!

 Workouts-1.6 Mile Jog - 5 Minutes of Stairs - 5 Minutes of Ab work

Wake up call

Well, today is my first blog entry. I plan on updating this blog with photos and info daily to be held accountable by the people who view it…just to give me that little extra edge.

I had a pretty effective workout session today. 5 straight minutes of jumping jacks ( which in my head sounded easy, but completing it was a different story), and bicep and back weighlifting routines were completed.
