Day 5

   Ok, so tonight was the first night that I almost ate terribly and didn’t do my planned workout since creating a profile on slimbuddy. Tomorrow is my wife’s birthday and we have plans for a dinner and party tomorrow night, but I guess that wasn’t enough for me…I tried talking her into ordering pizzas. I even went as far to starting my shoulder weightlifting routine and then quitting after the first set because I felt some slight, slight pain in my left elbow. After that set I decided to come in here and write that I was taking the night off and it would of been my first blog update without a picture.

  First, I talked myself out of ordering pizza and then I completed my planned weightlifting routines. I’m pretty pumped right now. These type of nights have always been my weight loss killers. I won tonights battle, I’m sure there will be alot more…that’s it for now.

    Keep up the work. I there will be temptations all the time but you have to hang in there like you did
